Warmline is a confidential telephone support service for people living in the Canterbury and West Coast regions experiencing psychological distress. It is staffed by volunteers with personal experience of mental illness or addictions, who provide non-crisis listening support and have been trained in Peer Support.
Warmline operates from 1pm to 12am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
