Sustaining Tenancies is a Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MHUD) funded service, assisting people to maintain appropriate rental housing and gain an improved quality of life.
The service aims to create sustainable positive change.
At present referrals can come from any source where the person referred, is in rental housing and has difficulties maintaining this for any reason.
